Our Leadership Team

Led by Goldi Kozloski, PhD, and Pini Sabach, Eagle Synergy Network brings together scientific expertise, innovation strategy, business development and international partnership building. Together, they lead the development of multidisciplinary Horizon Europe consortia—from opportunity identification and concept development to consortium architecture, partner integration and proposal submission.

Their complementary expertise also positions ESN to contribute as a beneficiary partner in areas such as innovation and exploitation, stakeholder ecosystem development, knowledge valorisation and project sustainability, with each role tailored to the objectives of the call and the needs of the consortium.

    Goldi Kozloski, PhD

    Co-Founder | Scientific Strategy & Consortium Architecture

    Goldi combines a rigorous scientific background with extensive experience in translational research, scientific strategy and Horizon Europe consortium development. With a PhD in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology and more than two decades of experience spanning academic research, translational science and biotechnology, she brings scientific depth to the design of complex multidisciplinary projects.

    She leads the scientific and structural architecture of ESN projects, translating complex research and innovation challenges into coherent objectives, methodologies, work packages and impact pathways. Her work spans the project lifecycle—from concept development and proposal architecture to innovation management, knowledge valorisation and the translation of scientific results into pathways for uptake and sustainable impact.

    Co-Founder | Strategic Partnerships & Innovation Ecosystems

    Pini brings extensive experience in business development, innovation strategy and cross-sector partnership building. He leads ESN's strategic partnership and ecosystem development activities, connecting academia, industry, public organizations and other stakeholders to build multidisciplinary European collaborations.

    His work spans partner identification and consortium development through stakeholder engagement, exploitation, knowledge transfer and sustainability, helping projects connect scientific and technological excellence with practical pathways toward adoption and long-term impact.
